"I stayed at that hotel for six days, and everything was perfect. However, every day I asked for an extension for the next day, and they kept telling me that the hotel was full. But when I booked online, they would make a room available for me. Coincidentally, I kept getting the same room. Yet, every time, the reception would tell me that the hotel was full, even though it showed availability online. Location not great bcoz nothing to eat near by hotel"
